There is an ATM on the Obidos main street. The problem is the system tells you to press the Green button to continue, but all the color has been worn off all the buttons. So, press the Continuar button, which should do the trick. Other than that just outside the main gate and facing the bus parking lot, look left and you will see a NOVO Bank sign. Their ATM still has green buttons.
