Need help with 2 days on our itinerary

Asking again for suggestions. Here is our itinerary.
Most of this is an 8 day tour which is not changeable.
Our tour finishes up in Porto and we need to return to Lisbon for our flight. We have two days to plan for. I am looking for a small COLORFUL city as I am a photographer. Two days where? Evora or Aveiro or somewhere else?

Our tour finishes up in Porto and we need to return to Lisbon for one night for our flight. We have two days to plan for. Where to go Evora or Aviero or someplace else? Or should we do day trips from Lisbon and Porto to Evora or Aveiro or someplace else?

Day 1 Arrival Lisbon
Day 2 Lisbon
Day 3 Obidos
Day 4 Obidos
Day 5 Lisbon tour starts with meeting and dinner
Day 6 Lisbon
Day 7 Evora day tour night in Lisbon
Day 8 We are skipping Fatima and heading instead to Tomar for a full day there the group arrives for a half day. Night in Tomar
Day 9 Coimbra half day and half day in Porto; night in Porto
Day 10 Porto tour ends
Day 11 Porto on our own
Day 12 Aviero or Evora or someplace else
Day 13 Aviero or Evora or someplace else
Day 14 Lisbon
Day 15 Fly home

My first reactions are Dantiago de Compostela north over the border in Galicia, not far or Guimares in the Minho region of Portugal, the country’s first capital. I would not spend more than a few hours in Obidos. Sadly it is one of those towns that exists solely for tourism. We were so sorry that we stayed there. I suggest you go to Evora instead.

Since you're flying out from Lisbon, Sintra is the obvious choice for an overnight! You could even go straight to the airport from there - Uber isn't expensive. When I was there about 3-4 years ago, it was around 30 euros. I very much enjoyed Aveiro as an overnight but it's also an easy day trip from Porto so you don't have to change hotels. I don't think it's worthwhile to return to Evora (I wasn't that enamored of it) and it's an outlier.
