Please kindly advise me the beach cities that is great to stay for 1-2 weeks in July to escape from Lisbon heat in July.

I, personally, would stick with the Lisboa region and/or the Silver Coast.
Accessible by commuter train are Estoril, Carcavelos and Cascais. Further north from there are Ericeira, Peniche, Foz de Arelho, Nazaré and Sao Martinho do Porto. On the other side of the Tejo are Setubal, Sesimbra and Comporta.
The coastal towns are usually several degrees cooler than Lisbon.
You might start with these and see if any look good. Things do fill up during the summer months, so researching with Airbnb or Booking.com now rather than later would be good.
