We start our trip in Lisbon, then travel to Porto and then to Algarve and back to Lisbon. We have 2 free additional days after we leave Algarve back to LIsbon. Someone suggested we drive along the coast heading to Lisbon and stop at one of the fishing villages along coast, which are starting to become popular. Any suggestions. Thank you
I don’t have any suggestions but I’m bumping this up to the top in case someone can advise you.
My suggestions are Vila Nova de Milfontes and Sines however Sines has a refinery and sometimes the smell is unpleasant.
Another option is to continue driving North from Sines into the Tróia península take the ferry to Setúbal and drive along the coastline of the Arrábida mountain, stopping in Sesimbra for fresh grilled fish.
