Lost private message

Hi Kathryn -
Apologies if you already tried this - I see that you've been a forum member for awhile - but just in case....

When logged in, hover over "My Account" on the upper right of a page and choose "Travel forum" from the dropdown.

On the page that pops up, scroll down to "My Private Messages" and choose either "Message inbox" or "Sent Messages"

Posts to/from the forum member should be there. Again, apologies if you already tried this.

I have tried that but the private messages are cut off at the bottom of the page - too much for me to access. Thanks for trying to help, though.

Maybe a silly thought (because obviously you have accessed your messages many times) - but one that has helped me in the past on other pages. I work from my iPad or phone most of the time and sometimes I have to change the orientation to access buttons to continue. This happens more often on my iPad.

Otherwise, maybe contacting Andrew?

Ah, so THAT was the problem! Happy that changing orientation did the trick!

Oh good - I am glad! It’s an issue I have had to figure out on some other sites and I finally remember now to try it when I am having trouble.

If website is cut off on computer screen, try zooming out. (Ctrl minus usually does the trick for me).
