We are staying multiple nights in Porto (late Feb. 2020) and would love to take a cruise up the river followed with an overnight at a winery, maybe as a package deal with the tour boat. Is this even an option and if so can folks recommend a winery/cruise line? Basically trying to figure out what our options are. Thanks everyone for your recommendations!

Quinta de Marrocos near Peso da Regua. Family owned winery and B&B that gives tours and serves dinner.
I stayed there for 2N on Carolyn's recommendation and I am so glad I did. Wines and dinners were excellent, loved the retro decor too.
There are no cruises from Porto to the Douro Valley during February, at least to my knowledge, due to maintenance of the dams.
But you can take a train to Pinhão and there you have a cruise to Tua.
The train tracks are on the north side of the river. Recommend the train.
