Long term furnished rental in Lisbon?

Can anyone suggest a website, service or publication that includes/advertizes long or short-term furnished apartment or home rentals in Lisbon, beyond AirBnB? We are a thinking of 3-6 months for 2-to-4 people (one or two married couples), and hoping to find something more modest and economical than the websites and vacation rental services geared toward vacationers with hotel-type budgets. We read and speak Portuguese as well as English. Suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks!

Long term rentals have become increasingly hard to find since I moved here 18 months ago. Casasapo.pt is a site that includes a lot of agencies and can give you an idea of what's available. it would also give you names and contacts of agencies in Lisbon. However, some of the familiar agencies from the States are here, too. Century 21, Remax etc. You might be able to contact someone from these agencies in the States who could connect with someone here.
All that said - I rented an Airbnb for a month in Lisbon when I first arrived for a lot cheaper than it would have been if I had rented it for a week. You might be able to negotiate with an Airbnb owner to give you a deal on a 3 month rental. It will likely depend on when you want to rent. If it's in the summer, it will be much more difficult to get a good deal
Good luck with your search. This is a wonderful area to spend an extended period of time.

I want to be sure all potential travelers are either citizens of Schengen Zone countries or are working on getting long-stay visas. For non-dual US citizens, 90 days (counting both arrival day and departure day) within any rolling 180-day period is the maximum stay permitted within the Schengen Zone. Folks who overstay that limit have received substantial fines and been banned from returning for lengthy periods.

I have no idea what the rules are for folks with--for example--Brazilian citizenship (mentioned because of the reference to speaking Portuguese).
