Best places to stay in Lisbon? Anyone have a favorite place to stay? Looking for recommendations since I have never been there before. We would need an elevator & rooftop restaurant or bar would be lovely. I would appreciate any suggestions.

I enjoyed my stay in March 2024 at the Hotel Santa Justa. It was in a great location and I could walk everywhere.

There were multiple elevators. They have a restaurant, but I’m not sure about a rooftop bar. I don’t drink, so I wouldn’t notice that if there was one.
