Hello, my husband and I will be in Lisbon, starting March 20, 2024 and we would like to do a walking tour of the city with a knowledgeable local guide. We were in Lisbon last spring and used Rick's audio walking tour which was a great introduction to the city but we are ready for a more in-depth tour. Any suggestions you have are much appreciated.
Back in 2019, I used Inside Lisbon tours Best of Lisbon Small Group Walking Tour. I thought it was very good. It lasted 3-4 hours and did include stops for snacks. As I remember, it didn't overlap much with the self-guided walking tours in the RS book.
I can recommend Lisbon and Beyond. This is Cristina Duarte's tour company, which she shares with her husband, Pedro. Cristina is a RS guide.
When I was researching our trip, I found the following "free" (tip based, suggested about €5+ per hour per person depending on the group size and quality) tours that have good reviews. However, we ended up just doing our own walking tour.
