Lisbon Trams and COVID

Are Lisbon Trams operating at full capacity and under a normal schedule at this stage in the pandemic? Thank you for any help that you can provide.

We were there in August, and they were. Everyone, everyone, wears masks. Their vaccination rates are even higher now. I’d say don't worry about it.

We just returned from Lisbon. Don't know about normal schedule but assume so as life is pretty much normal, except for the fact that masks are required indoors and on public transportation. From what we experienced there is almost 100%compliance. Some locations limit the number of people inside to maintain a safe distance. Many people wear masks outdoors.

To your question, we took public transportation and it seems to be on a normal schedule and capacity.

Hi!

Where I live, Porto, there are no trams as public transport (the trams are touristic). But I think I would feel very confortable in one of them. They were my public transport when I was young and trust me, even with everything closed they have a lot of air coming in and out!

I also feel confortable on buses, not so much on metro (still talking about Porto).

Of course everybody wears masks in all these transports.
