I'm looking for easy and affordable options for getting from Lisbon to Lousa or Coimbra.
Also any reputable one day guided comprehensive city tour of Lisbon and half day walking tours.
Any information is appreciated. Thank you!

If you don't rent a car, then it looks like you'd take a train from Lisboa Santa Apolonia or Lisboa Oriente station to Coimbra, then a taxi from there. The rail stations shown near Lousa on Google Maps don't appear to be in service. Also ask your hotel if they have another suggestion.
Thank you so much. I didn't know it would be so difficult to get there from Lisbon. I will ask the hotel. Again, thank you so much!
The train from Lisbon to Coimbra (probably Coimbra B station) is very easy from Santa Apolónia Station or Oriente Station.
From Coimbra B to Lousã I can point you Metro Mondego (www.metromondego.pt). Slow buses that serve places like Lousã since the days' train service has ended in those places.
.
You can get the timetables here => http://www.metromondego.pt/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=kAeFsmVkwQg%3d&tabid=198
In case you need any help please let me know.
