Hello, we are a group of 8 people on a cruise and will be docking at a port in Lisbon at 7am and departs at 4pm in May 2024. We want to go to Fatima and looking at options. There are many half day tours but they don't depart from the port so we have to make our way to the pickup location. Looking for someone who has done a half day tour to Fatima recently and some tips on transportation to and from the pickup location.

Booking with the cruise line is the safest option ( if available) because they are responsible for getting you back on the boat - independent tours don't have that obligation.
Do you have the address for the independent tours pickup location ? we might be able to provide you directions to the pickup point but usually a taxi is the best option for speed and convenience.
I haven't used them, they pickup at Praça da Figueira and some hotels, contact your chosen tour operator to ask if they can do a pickup at the cruise port.
