Lisbon to Algarve Itinerary - 7 Days

We are flying to Lisbon in early June and staying in Portugal for 7 days before flying to Paris from Lisbon. We need help with an itinerary that includes the Algarve. We definitely want to see Sintra. Would appreciate a driving itinerary to allow for some flexibility.

Since a drive from Lisboa to Algarve will necessarily take you through Alentejo, I would recommend stops in Evora and Mertola. Also, near Sinatra is Cascais. A “beach town”. Well worth a visit, even if a bit touristy.
