Lisbon Private Tour During Layover?

My sister has a 6-hour layover in Lisbon this weekend. She is looking for a private service to pick her (and her luggage) up at the airport, take her to a few sites in the city, and drop her back at the airport a few hours later to catch her next flight. She is a solo traveler, so she needs to keep costs down (preferably $150 or less). She had made arrangements but the company canceled on her last minute, so she asked for my help finding something else, and you folks are the first I thought of to assist!

Can anyone recommend a reliable and trustworthy tour guide who will pick up / drop off at the airport?

I used

https://ecotuktours.com/lisbon-tuk-tuk-tours/

for a family sightseeing tour a few years ago. Our large group was split between 3 tuks. The company has a few options from which to choose.

We paid a few euros extra for hotel pick up and drop off. Ask if they can do airport pick up and drop off, and for how much.

It may not be a typical car and driver tour, but we all had a great time buzzing around the city. Also, the tuks are electric, so there are no smells or loud noises to deal with.

The company is very responsive and quick with replies. I would certainly use them again when in Lisbon.

I have never used a tuk tuk, but my impression is that they are more of a novelty with a low speed motor. I I'm not sure that that's the best way to get from airport to attractions and back.

I have no info on a tour guide. However, as I'm researching for my upcoming trip I see that a Bolt driver (similar to Uber) typicallycharges about €15 for a 30-minute ride. You may try downloading the Bolt app and messaging their support to ask them how much it would cost to hire an English speaking Bolt driver to drive you around for the 5-6 hours. Good luck.

Where is she arriving from? Internationally or domestically? Passport control, flight delays etc. can easily cut the six hours by a third!
