We are staying in the Baixa area this weekend (June 15-18) and there is an outdoor music festival concert that sounds like it will be all night long (it’s 3:45 am Lisbon time now and it’s been going strong all night long even with earplugs). Does anyone know what it is and if it will be the entire weekend? Thanks!

I didn’t find anything after a quick search. But, Portugal played its first game in the World Cup last evening and i know they had a big screen for people to watch at Praça do Commercio. It was an exciting game with Spain and they tied at the last minute. It may have just been the celebrations after that game. And, the entire month of June has a lot of celebrations but the big one was on the 12th.
I will look around a bit more and let you know if I discover something.
