We will be ending a 5 week stay in Germany and want to stop for 5-6 days on our way back to US the second week of December. Thinking of Lisbon or Barcelona and haven't really done much research yet but just thought I'd throw this out there and ask if anyone has thoughts on either city. We know it won't be beach weather but we like art, discovering out of the way places, long walks and cafes. We have been fortunate to visit many other European cities large and small and have spent 2 weeks in Nerja Spain a few years ago. Any thoughts?
