Lisbon Itinerary Help

Hello,

Based on advice here I have revised my itinerary but I am still looking for some guidance.

We arrive Thursday and are staying at Hotel de Baixa. Thursday we were going to do the 3pm culture and food walk and then wing it for dinner and rest.

Friday- 10 am tickets to Sao Jorge, castle town, miraduoro de graca, lunch somewhere, fado museum, miraduoro de Santa luzia, miraduoro das porlas do sol. Return to hotel to rest up and then dinner and Fado at Parreirinha de Alfama at 8pm.

Saturday- Baixa/Chiado/Bairro stroll from the RS book. Any lunch recommendations or other planned activities for this day? Dinner at 8pm at Solar dos Presuntos. Go have a few drinks and enjoy the nightlife after (any bar recommendations? probably stay in the Bairro).

Sunday- 1pm private sail tour until 3. Following that head out to Cascais via Uber for some shopping and see the beaches/sites. Any dinner recs?

Monday- Head out to Sintra early via train. Would people recommend a self guided tour or one of the day trip tours? Any lunch recs? Head back to Lisbon in the evening for our final dinner at Cafe de Sao Bento.

Anything I am missing that needs to be done? On all of our previous Europe trips I have planned everything down to the letter but haven't been as good for this one. My wife and I love great wine, food, enjoying the culture. We also enjoy boutique shopping!

Thank you for the help.

Have you looked at Belem and the Jerónimos Monastery? There's the Timeout Market if you want to sample different types of food.

Regarding Sintra, I prefer doing my own thing at my own pace, but I've heard others recommend Lisbon Riders. Take a look at the Sintra website and see which palace(s) appeals to you. Pena is the most crowded, but the others are just as nice. https://www.parquesdesintra.pt/en/
