I’m making hotel Decisions for 6 of us.Yikes! Heading to Lisbon in April. Narrowed down to Lisboa Pessoa & Hotel Da Braxia. Looking for a nice place to return to over 5 days with Lisbon as home base. Pluses; location chance of early check in good breakfast room

Emporium lisbon Suites. Located in the Baixa area, on the river. Large rooms, kitchenette, excellent location. Stayed here many times. Book on booking.com or email the owners directly. Can't guarantee early check in anywhere. But the owners are accommodating in that reagrad.

I stayed at Be Poet Baxia last October which is in the Baxia neighborhood on Rua Augusta . Wonderful location.
Great staff and breakfast.
Comes very well recommended.
