Planning to start traveling again this April. Our first stop is Lisbon, is it enough to enjoy the place in 3 days? And what are your recommended hotels for 2 people around 250 USD? All answer is appreciated. Thanks everyone!
Do you mean is three days enough time to enjoy Lisbon? If so, then yes. If you had three full days, not counting your arrival day, you can see a lot of what Lisbon has to offer. It is a lovely walkable city, but also has fun public transportation.
Heading there in the fall. A friend who visited a couple years ago said that 3 days was perfect.
I'd say 3 full days could suffice for the city itself but would fall short if Sintra or Cascais were to be fit into that time.
Will you be in Lisbon for 4 nights? That will give you 3 full days which is enough time to enjoy Lisbon especially if you don't take any daytrips. There are some really interesting museums, a castle, and great neighborhoods for exploring. And in the Belem district there is the gorgeous Jeronimos Monastery, Discoveries Monument, Belem Tower, and Coach Museum.
We'll probably arrive early morning so we're considering starting our tour in the afternoon going to Oceanarium. I have enough places on my list but haven't laid out the full details to my partner, been busy with work for the past few days. Thanks for all the lovely suggestions.
We were just there and, if blessed with good weather, three full days of ambitious sight seeing allows you to see most of the highlights. Between trams, metro and the occasional Uber you can scoot around the city pretty easily so long as you plan for not walking up the very steep hills that are all around. We had another full day in Sintra and recommend it if you have time. Easy train ride from Lisbon.
