We tried booking a table at Alma but they are already booked until the end of June. We will be there in two weeks. Any recommendations for a foodie splurge?

There are a number of Michelin starred restaurants in Lisbon. Belcanto has two Michelin stars and is definitely a splurge. You might want to Google restaurants with Michelin stars in Lisbon.
For a lot less money but still a really nice and fun experience, Mini Bar is great. It’s a Jose Avilez restaurant. Pretty much anything by him will be excellent.
