Looking for recommendations for our family first time in Lisbon for 4 nights in June. 5 Adults & 3 children.

you're really late looking for a place for your gang. summer time, high high season, hot and 8 people. what are the ages of the kids?
when in june (which is really next month), budget in euros, amenities wanting & hoping for, mobility issues, transportation car, bus, train. lisbon has become a very popular place many people want to see.
are you flying in from USA, what time, check-in times 3-4pm check-out times 10-11am.
many places max out at 4 for safety fire/city issues, how many beds, would help to have 2 bathrooms with 2 hotel rooms unless you can find an apartment to fit all of you

aparthotels
start looking ASAP to find something or looking away from lisbon in other cities that may offer more. good luck
