Lisbon - Boutique Hotels

Can anyone recommend boutique hotels in Lisbon? My husband and I will be in Lisbon for 4 nights in the 3rd-4th week in May, and we'd like to stay in a boutique hotel, rather than a big one, if possible. Suggestions welcome.

Also, I'm finding that when I put in our dates at the hotel websites (Rick Steves' and others), they all say they have no rooms available for our dates. Is it late to be looking for rooms in May? Or could this be because hotel booking sites buy up blocks of rooms, making them less available to others? Do I need to reserve through TripAdvisor, etc.? (Would rather not.) Would I be better off emailing the hotels?

Taylor Swift has concerts in Lisbon May 24 and 25, which may overlap your planned dates.

If it's the 3rd week of May, the hotel I stayed in has a room for 3 nights, May 15, 16, 17.

It's a "big" hotel, but felt friendly. There is a pool on the roof and breakfast (if you opt for it) is available in the basement or, a reduced version, at the pool deck.

I had the same problem when I booked this past October finding availability at any Rick Steves recommended hotels. We stayed at Chiado Arty Flats. I loved this aparthotel.
