We are going to be in Lisboa, Sintra, Evora, and Porto in a few weeks and wondering if anyone has good experience with a cooking class in those areas?
Also - any good cork tours or experiences?

I did a class with Cooking Lisbon when I first moved here that was quite nice. It included a market visit where food was purchased for the dinner we cooked. And it was a hands on experience. It didn’t have a lot of new techniques for someone with cooking experience but it was fun and the food and wine were good.
There are a number of food tours in Lisbon and Porto that are very good and they might give you a fuller range of Portuguese food.

That's the style I am looking for thanks! I am a decent cook so figured it wouldn't be too challenging but wanting to learn about portugese cooking!
