If anyone has stayed at the Hotel Portobay Liberdade in Lisbon or the PortoBay Teatro in Porto, I’d appreciate feedback. Thanks.

Read their reviews on TripAdvisor, Booking, etc., sites. You’ll get a better variety of opinions.
