My hotel has suggested using a car service to get from the Lisbon airport to my hotel in the Rossio station area. Is Uber available? Probably it is less expensive. Suggestions?

Uber is available. So are regular taxis. The trip is cheap anyway, because the airport is very close to town.

Yeah, I took the subway from airport to Rossio a few years ago - did require at least one change, but I'm savvy with public transportation, so it was no big deal.

Yes, Uber is available in Lisbon. I used it this morning and paid only €13 for the 15 minute trip which, ironically, was double what I had been seeing for trips to the airport at mid-day (but I still considered inexpensive). Indeed, the Metro is easy and inexpensive to use, too, especially if you don’t have a lot of luggage.
