We have a 7:30am flight out of Lisbon on TAP. How much time do we need to allow at the Lisbon airport to clear security and customs? And the same at Malaga? We are renting a car there and driving to Marabella.

If you are originating here in Portugal, you won’t go through customs to fly to Malaga. Of course, you will go through security but that’s usually goes pretty fast. For a short flight within Europe, I usually get there 90 minutes before my flight.
I can’t speak to Malaga.

If you've only got carry-on, you walk off the plane and out of the airport. Waiting for baggage . . . who knows.
