There are 3 Hop-on/Hop-off bus companies in Lisbon. I will be there in early October 2022. which is the best to use?

We found it very easy to get around on the metro, Uber and taxi, if you decide to rethink the HOHO buses.

I have used yellow bus and was happy with it.
I bought the 2 day ticket so I wasn't rushed.
Very convenient, the bus goes to the attractions, wasn't crowded with local commuters, always had a seat - less chance of pickpockets.

There’s also a hop-on hop-off trolley, but I rode the 28E trolley (much cheaper) and found it sufficient as it goes close to many of the major sights.
