Lisboa-Sintra card

We’ll be in Lisbon for 5 days and want to spend a day each in Sintra and Belem. Is the Lisboa-Sintra card worthwhile for both transit and skip the line admissions? I don’t mind spending a little more for ease of access and peace of mind. It seems like Peña Palace is the only one necessary for advance timed-entry purchase and that can be done when purchasing the card.

This was one of the few cards that I found to be actually worthwhile, because it not only includes the admissions and transit within Lisbon, but also includes transportation to Sintra and Cascais. Furthermore, it is good for the full number of hours purchased, and doesn't expire at midnight on the xth day.

For instance, for a 3-day card, most expire at midnight on the 3 day. So, if, for example, you started using it at 2 pm on Monday, it would expire at midnight on Wednesday night. With the Lisboa card, it wouldn't expire until 2 pm on Thursday. In our case, we were not only able to use our cards to return to the airport, but we handed them to a couple of people just arriving, so they could use them to get into the city.

It’s an expanded version of the Lisboa card available thru Tiqets that includes admission to Peña palace and Moors Castle in addition to Lisbon museums and public transit

We plan to visit Lisbon and Sintra, if we purchase the Lisboa-Sintra card with 24hours, does this mean we can start our day on a Friday at 8am to visit Belhem, and ride metro and tram 28 around Lisbon center then start our next day Saturday at 8am to take the train to Sintra and bus to visit the Pena Palace and Moorish castle for free? Will the card ends on Saturday midnight so we take metro back to hotel?
Does the public transportation in Lisboa include funicular and ferry?

The Lisboa card has a chip in it that activates the first time you use it and runs for exactly 24 (or 48/72) hours, as we discovered getting back on the 28 tram about 10 minutes late the next day.

Oh, and it does include all public transit including elevator and funiculars, ferry, trams and trains.
