Least hilly towns in the algarve.

My husband and I are going to the algarve for a month in February to get warmer weather than Canada but not hot weather. We love to walk, especially on beaches but hills are difficult. Any suggestions on the best or flattest towns for us to stay for a month?

Montegordo. No hills there. Manta Rota is another option, if you stay near the beach, otherwise there is a hill, a small one, but yet a hill. Quarteira, not hilly, again if you stay near the beach. And for now, those are the ones I can remember.

The weather in March is usually less rainy than February. It will be mild, but not hot and only the odd day will be warm enough to sit on the beach.

Cabanas is popular with Canadians. The hill towards the rail station is a gradual climb, not a steep hill. The other side of Tavira is Sta Luzia which is flat. Vila Real de Sto Antonio is flat. Avoid Altura as it closes for the winter and little was open when we visited.

The western Algarve is hillier. Salema has the steepest hills that would test even fit people.
