Lagos , Portugal wedding

My daughter is getting married in Lagos in about a week. . All the guests will be stopping first in Lisbon. The event will last a week and not possible to do just carryon luggage. Very concerned about strike. Any thoughts?

Flying from Tuesday through Thursday will be fine. If stopping in another EU or Schengen country before Lisbon , it should be ok. The courts have ordered 100% of services be carried out for those countries. For international flights, 35%. Sorry.
