Trying to decide if should stay 4 nights or 3 nights in Lagos, arriving from Sevilla bus. 4 nights in Lagos would mean 2 nights in Lisbon, or 3 nights Lagos and 3 nights Lisbon. Renting a car in Lagos and want to go to Salema, Faro, Albufiera. Any suggestions welcome.

Do not short change Lisbon for the Algarve. I highly recommend five nights for Lisbon and four nights for the Algarve. A day on the beach in Salema and another day in Albufiera. Skip Faro!

It sort of depends on what you like to do on your vacation. If beach is important and big on your list then you may want to spend more time in Lagos/Algarve area. Otherwise, I agree with Mary Pat ...do not short change Lisbon. You'll have a great time what ever you decide!
