Portugal has the second highest rate of vaccinations (after the UAE) in the world and and infection rate less than half that of the USA.
Make me want to look into the Golden Visa (not serious).

Yes, Portugal has done amazingly well with vaccinations and we are now starting boosters.
I also read an article saying Portugal and Malta will be the safest EU countries this winter. Keeping my fingers crossed!
