Hi!
This is a long shot but anyone know if I can find a Korean speaking tour guide in either city?
It would be such a delight to my parents to hear the history of this beautiful country in their native tongue as my Korean is very very limited. (It wouldn't do justice)
We plan on joining some tour guides recommended by RS but thought it would be a very special treat to do one or half day tour in Korean for my parents.
I did research on my own but can't seem to find any...

You should contact the Korean consulates in both cities, they may have some leads.
