Jeronimos Monastery online tickets

I am a traveler that prefers to arrive with tickets in hand. I am struggling to find tickets on the official site for the Jeronimos Monastery in Belem. Do I have to purchase from a third party like GetYourGuide? If so, their site does not specify a timed entry. Does that sound correct? Thank you in advance!

When I bought my ticket in October, 2022 (online, the night prior) it said 9:30am on the ticket, but you could enter whenever you wish on the date:

The website clearly shows how many tickets remain for each day, so you can gauge how far in advance you'd want to buy your ticket.

Those who didn't arrive with a ticket in hand had to walk to the far end of the building to buy theirs. (Perhaps they still could have bought a ticket online, I'm not sure.)

Those with tickets, lined up for entrance. I arrived before 930 and was about 10th in line. (There were 2 tour groups who arrived and who get priority entrance, ahead of those with individual tickets.) By 1015, there was a long line for those with tickets. When I left at 1048, there were hundreds of people in line for both the monastery and the north church - waiting in the sun.

Another option, that I think I’m going to use for my March trip, is the Lisbon card.

That will get you into the Monastery with no need for a time specific ticket.

You can purchase the card online, but you still have to pick up the physical card once there. I’m not seeing that there is an electronic version of the card. So, I think it makes sense to just buy it there.
