Does the R.S.Portugal tour go inside the monastery as a group, or just view the outside?
Yes.
My experience is that anything on the WHAT'S INCLUDED list is actually visited, barring unforeseeable issues on the day.
We took this tour last month. The group went inside both the cloisters and the church.
