Itinerary thoughts for week long family trip March 2027

Good afternoon, my family (kids age 11 & 13) will be visiting Portugal March 24-April 1, which will be over Easter. We've traveled to Europe the last few years but this is our first time in Portugal. My plan is to fly RT to Lisbon and I've booked 3 nights there and 4 nights Cascais, although I can adjust this if needed. Here is what I am thinking (just some ideas for each place) and am def open to suggestions and feedback! We are active and usually like to have one or two things planned per day and then leave time for wandering, strolling and eating. Kids are awesome & curious travelers and we look forward to it!

3/24-3/27..Fly into Lisbon (3 nights)...stroll Alfama & Chiado and multiple Mirodouros, tour Castello, Quake!, Tile Museum, uber to Christ statue on Easter Sunday, Oceanarium, Time Out Market...not sure if enough time for Belem.

3/27-4/1...Cascais...plan to rent E-bikes and do coastal ride to Guinha Beach, surf lessons, a guided day trip tuk-tuk tour of Sintra with Yes You Deserve, and plan to rent a car one day and head up the coast to visit Obidos & Nazare & Alcobaca if time. While here I'd like to visit Azenhas do Mar & Cabo Do Roca. We will uber to Lisbon airport 4/1 AM to fly home.
