Itinerary feedback for November 18 -26

Hi,

I think I have worked out a plan to our liking and interests but would love some feedback before I book our rooms and tours:

Sunday - arrive at Lisbon airport around 4 pm (stay in Lisbon this night through Thursday night)

Monday - day trip tour to Nazare/Obidos/Batalha/Fatima

Tuesday - sightsee in Lisbon

Wednesday - day trip to Arrabida and southern Portugal

Thursday - Sintra and Cascais

Friday - train/bus to Coimbra -- stay night in Coimbra

Saturday - train/bus to Porto (stay in Porto Saturday/Sunday/Monday)

Sunday - Douro day trip

Monday - head back to Lisbon early by train and spend the day

Tuesday - head back home

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I would flip-flop these.

Give yourself a low key day for your first day after arrival, not a busy one. I think being rested and fresh would make for better enjoyment of the ' tour to Nazare/Obidos/Batalha/Fatima'

That's a great suggestion. The tour group I wanted to go with only offered that tour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays but I could see if another tour group had a Tuesday outing. Also I read that museums in Lisbon are often closed on Mondays which might not matter that much but I thought could be a problem.
