We still need to book 3 nights of our 5 nights in Douro Valley in June.
We have reserved Quinta do Tedo, between Peso de Regua and Pinhao, for two nights. Visiting Lamego, Casa de Mateus, the Church de Remedios with the 686 steps, all look interesting! After that, we have three nights still to book.
Does anyone know much about the Parque Natural do Douro Internacional ? I have read about the 2hour cruise from the Biological Center near Miranda do Douro. That is in a remote area in the northeast corner. Can anyone recommend this?
I have booked one night in Guimaraes before returning to Porto.
Any advice for the remaining three nights before Guimaraes and after Quinta do Tedo would be welcome.
