Hello. We will be in Portugal in March and I would like to visit Talasnal but I am wondering if there will be snow in the mountains making the driving difficult. Anyone have any insight? thank you

The short answer is no.
March is known for rain.
But weather patterns can change.
Serra da Estrela is the snowiest place in Portugal and some years they don't have snow.
Other places can get morning frost in the winter ( December, January, February),
