We will be traveling from Lagos to Lisbon in early May. Even when we look in February on the official Comboios website, we can find trains that require a change of train in Tunes, but no direct train.
There is a 3h50 Flix bus but we hope to find a faster means of transport....without renting a car.
If anyone knows of a direct train or faster bus, please let me know!

Is there some reason you need a direct train? It does not appear to be possible.

Yes, there is one transfer. But, it is at a very small train station where you simply get off one train and wait for the next one to come on the same track. Very simple and low stress.
The quickest way is driving.
