You have the official site. Try again when you are within 90 days.

There is an "authorized" agent where you can buy tickets at same officialentrance price but without online discount (€20 instead of €17). This site offers a skip the line option where you get escorted past the lineup (€48). You just have to figure whether the extra €31 is worth it. I have never used it. Good luck.

The following is from our experience (others may feel differently) about visiting Pena Palace which is wonderful but has become bit over popular.

Tips:

  1. Weather in Sintra (just few miles away) could be very different from one in Lisbon. So, at cost of forgoing very small discount, you get flexibility of deciding which day to make the trip by monitoring the weather until previous evening or e in early same morning. You don't want to ruin your experience by visiting on rainy/windy day

  2. In our opinion interior is skippable especially given the hassles and hardship it entails . Your grounds/park only ticket, currently allows you to visit all those colorful terraces, views of countryside, famous wall walk, chapel, restrooms and even cafeteria. Generally, with that option, you do not need timed ticket and typically you don't need to stand in any line.

  3. Do recommend buying the green shuttle bus ticket to save time/energy for other sites on your Sintra day trip. If there is a wait for this bus, you may want to consider offer to stand as bus ride us literally just 5 minutes

  4. You may want to consider taking Uber/bolt directly from your Lisbon hotel to the main gate of Pena Palace. We found that saved a lot of hassels especially at Sintra train station.
