Can you travel to Portugal from Canada? I did not see them on latest list of countries allowed in currently. My Canadian friend and I are planning a trip in early March. Thank you!

The way I interpret it, Canada is NOT on the non-essential list of countries.

Here's a link from tripadvisor regarding this. Appears that Canada was very recently removed from the list.
