Is 90 Minutes Enough TIme to Catch Bus at OPO?

Arrival time in Porto / OPO on TAP Portugal is supposed to be 9am. There's a but that departs for Santiago de Compostela (final destination) at 10:30 am. We've never been to the airport and I am wondering is that would be enough time? The next bus is not until 1:30pm and after 12 hours of air travel, I was hoping to just be able to get onto the bus and mot have to worry about what to do for an additional 3 hours.
Alternatively, we could try to find overnight lodging and then depart in the morning. Maybe a hotel with an airport shuttle? But then they can be unreliable in the timetable, in my experience. My concern with this option would be missing the bus in the morning.

TIA

As long as the flight arrives on time. It is not a big airport.
There are eleven buses a day from Porto to Santiago. There is one at 8am from the airport and that 10:30am one.
Also there are buses that leave from downtown Porto so you have a lot of options

Where does that flight originate?

Will Porto be your arrival point to the Schengen zone?
If so, you will have to go through passport control, which adds time to your trip from the airplane to being 'out the door.'

We're coming from US to Lisbon, with a 3 hour layover there. We do change planes. I don't know it we will need to go through customs or not.

You will go through passport control ( immigration) in Lisbon. ( 'customs' is a non issue)

When you arrive in Porto you just walk off the plane and out the door. ( after retrieving any checked bags you might have)

Barring a really late flight, you should not have a problem getting a bus from the airport 90 minutes after you land.
