Input on Lisbon hotel possibilites

We are going to Portugal at the end of April and will be staying in Lisbon the last 2 nights of our trip. We are considering 3 different hotel options. We would like a good breakfast and a good restaurant on site if possible as well as a quiet room. Is it easy to get an Uber from these locations?

Has anyone stayed recently at any of these hotels?

Lisboa Plaza Hotel Lisbon

Sofitel Liberdade Lisbon

Blue Liberdade

We have read the reviews on TripAdvisor and Booking.com and Hotels.com and are realizing there are pros and cons to each.
Did anything stand out to you when you stayed there? Which one would you recommend?

I appreciate your input as we make our decision.

I stayed at Lisboa Plaza Hotel and really liked it. The location is great and so is the breakfast. There is not a restaurant on site, but it is convenient to many. I plan to stay there again. I haven't stayed at the others, so I can't make a direct comparison.

I didn't make a particular effort to eat near the hotel - there are so many great options in Lisbon. A nearby restaurant I really like is Casa do Alentego.
