I have flight from Lisbon to Madrid (cost $25) at 9am on September 14.
Can you advise me the best (and not expensive) way to get to Lisbon from Lagos? or maybe forget about my tickets and go strait to Madrid from Lagos? Train, bus??

P.S. Unfortunately , tickets was purchase before all itinerary put together. :) To rent a car - very expensive - I am under 25 y.o.
There is no way to get to Lisbon from Lagos by public transport for such an early flight unless you travel the night before. Lagos to Madrid via Lisbon is a lot of unnecessary travelling.
As you are probably aware, connectivity between Portugal and Spain isn’t great. Lagos to Madrid is more than 8 hours on a series of buses. There are a few direct flights from Faro to Madrid each week, but from memory, this is only 3 or 4 a week, so you may want to check Skyscanner or similar websites with your travel date.
A one way car hire drop would be expensive plus if you are under 25, no one may offer this option.
