How long to get through customs and immigration at Porto Airport?

I will be arriving at 9:45 in Porto on a Monday from the United States. I am trying to book a bus ticket to take me to Valenca but wasn't sure how long to plan for going through customs and immigration and how far it is to get to the bus terminal. Would it be safe to book a bus at 11:45? Any guidance would be most appreciated!

What if your flight is delayed or canceled? How risk adverse are you? Good luck!

When is the flight? What are the chances of weather delay at your departure airport?

Checked bags?

Front of the plane or back o' the bus?

Bus ticket have flexibility, or is it 'use it or lose it'?

No checked bags. We arrive Mon, 9/11. The bus ticket is pretty inexpensive so I guess if we missed that one, I'd just be out that fare and book a later one.

We will be landing in Porto on Sat, Sept 23rd at 9:45 from the US, and also wanting to get a bus to Valenca/Tui from the airport about 11:45.
Is this to tight of a time frame?
We will have checked bags to pick up.
If anyone has been there under these circumstances, please let me know how much time I need to plan for.
Thank You!

Alsa bus lines has a terminal right at the airport with service to Valenca with a stop in Braga at 11:00 and again at 13:15. The 15 euro ticket can be exchanged for a later bus if you miss the first. Their website is www.Alsa.com.
Other bus lines go there but I’m not sure if you have to catch the airport tram to get downtown to catch them.

Bom dia!
