Hotels in Algarve, Portugal

I will be in Portugal in June 2016.
I am looking for a hotel in the Albufeira area, which has either one of the following features: (the hotels do not have to have both requirements, just one or the other)
1. A hotel equipped with tennis courts.
2. An all inclusive type of hotel. (all meals and drinks included in the pricing)
Does anyone know of such establishments in the Albufeira area ?
thanks
Sivan.

Helena,
Thank you for your helpful suggestion.
However, when I tried them they were fully booked for the period in June when I plan to be there. Otherwise they would have been ideal !
Thanks again.

Not many hotels have tennis courts, as most of the time, it is too hot to play! You will stand a better chance if you opted for an apartment on a complex with sports facilities.

Don't book all inclusive, as there are many good restaurants on the Algarve and AI tends to be of a poor standard. Food and drink is good value.

Accommodation in the Algarve has been booked up early this year, so you may have to be flexible with what you take or be prepared to pay more.

Hi Sivan.

I'm surprised. Fully booked in June? Unusual.

Anyway, chek these:

http://www.riu.com/pt/Paises/portugal/algarve/clubhotel-riu-guarana/index.jsp (tennis yes, all inclusive yes)

http://www.pinecliffs.com/pt/ (tennis yes, all incl no)

http://www.algarve.epic.sanahotels.com/ (tennis yes, all incl no)

http://www.donafilipahotel.com/our-hotel/hotel-amenities/tennis-courts/ (tennis yes, but only breakfast, and it's more or less 30kms from Albufeira)

http://www.penina.com/penina-hotel/amenities/tennis-courts/(tennis yes, only breakfast, 40 kms from Albufeira - located near Portimão)

http://www.conradalgarve.com/pt/location.html (tennis... more or less... a tennis academy is nearby, with 10 courts. Only bed and breakfast, and located in Faro, 50 kms from Albufeira)

http://www.hoteldomjose.com/pt/ (tennis yes, all inclusive NO, located in Vilamoura, 30 kms from Albufeira)

http://www.valedoliveirasresort.com/o-resort/o-resort.htm - tennis yes, no meals, not even breakfast. Near Carvoeiro, about 25 kms from Albufeira.

It would be easier if you wanted Golf... also, all incl is not very usual in Portugal, but you have bar and restaurants inside the hotels, if you don't want to eat out.

Good luck!

Helena and Jennifer,
Wow ! What a wealth of information ! Thanks so much.
Based on what you've said, Jennifer, I will forego the requirement for All Inclusive.
You've convinced me that the restaurants around the area will have much to offer in the way of food and wine. Also, maybe the requirement for a tennis court restricts my search too much. I will just settle for a place that gives me a hot breakfast. Then rely on local restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Helena, I have looked up these sites and they are a little too expensive for me, and many of them are too far away, being 30 to 50 km from Albufeira.
Thanks again for your valuable advice.
Sivan
