Any suggestions for Hotel Near the Promendae? The Neat Hotel looks like it might be nice. TIA :)

That hotel is good, and I stayed there when it was under a different name many years ago.
The following I have stayed at and can recommend. They are all under a 10 minute walk from the main road along the harbor:
Casa da Graca
Hotel Camoes
Hotel Alcides
Casa das Palmeiras-Charming House
Hotel Ponta Delgada
Hotel do Colegio
Canadiano Urban Nature Hotel
Hotel Talisman
Thomas Hostel
If you search Booking.com and use the "filter" to click your wants and amenities, I know there are probably at least a couple of dozen more great hotels that will show, depending on your budget. These are also under a 10 minute walk from the location you desire. Most hotels include breakfast in the rate. Most do NOT include free parking, but there are lots of free parking lots in Ponta Delgada.
