We will be in Lisbon from Thursday through Sunday, March 27 to 31, Holy Week. Interested in seeing religious processions. Any suggestions for processions? How do we find out the day, time and location of processions? Any help appreciated!

Processions aren’t as big a deal in Portugal as in Spain. With a quick Google search, looks like Braga has a procession but it’s on Palm Sunday. The article said lots of small towns have processions but I’ve never been aware of one in Cascais during the eight Easter’s I’ve been here.
Easter is a big family holiday with most museums, monuments , etc. being closed. Christmas is the only other holiday with so many things closed. Restaurants, however, will all be open as many families celebrate by going out for big family lunches.
