Any recommendations for a guided day trip to Sintra from Lisbon?

I would highly recommend Jose from Lisbon On Wheels. We booked a private tour with him and he allowed me to customize it. He picked us up at our hotel at 9 am and brought us back after 7. I can't praise him enough and neither can fellow travelers. He has excellent reviews on Trip Advisor.

Highly recommend Peppe Santagata, Portugal Journeys with Peppe, https://www.portugaljourneyswithpeppe.com/, email: [email protected], telephone: +351937965818, who was recommended by a few of the travelers on this travel forum. Peppe picked us up at the door of our flat and took us to Sintra, Peña Palace, Montserrat Palace, Cabo da Roca (westernmost point of continental Europe), where we had lunch overlooking the ocean, then to Cascais and finally back to our flat. Peppe speaks Spanish, Italian, English and Portuguese, knows Portuguese history very well, was very flexible and very knowledgeable about food and wine as well. I was very appreciative of the other forum participants who shared his contact information, as this was our first trip to Portugal and we needed a lot of guidance. I posted this on an earlier chat, hope its helpful.
